Stay Strong – Imagine Foreclosure Solutions in a Space of Love

Saleena: We have been in a foreclosure pending limbo for quite awhile now. Over the last three years we simply didn't have enough money to consitently pay the mortgage payment which was already very high due to refinancing because there wasn't enough money to live properly. This had happened before we moved in 5 years ago.

The house almost went to auction several times and simply didn't. A deal was made to "bail us out" with the mortagage company and then there wasn't enough money to pay again so it went into this pending foreclosure. Then the whole freeze happened as the whole nation began looking at what was happening to us all. We have been waiting and watching to see what would happen.

Mortgage Fraud – Foreclosures – Making Changes Now

In Kona Paradise, the housing area we live in, we have watched as one house after another went empty and or up for sale. The house across the street from us went into foreclosure 3 years ago and it is still empty and falling into disrepair. The bees have taken over and built a hive in the garage rafters, which has blessed our gardens greatly. We love bees.

A lawyer was hired to attempt to figure this out. We all did what we could and last week we found out our home went back to the BANK. It wasn't by a letter from the Bank, the message was delivered by a "very nice lady" Foreclosure Specialist Realtor who offered us a monetary reward if we would up and leave in a few days. Vacate. She said the reward would diminish with each day we stayed.

At first we were all very disturbed. This isn't just a piece of property, it is our stewardship, our Space of Love, our Motherland, our home. This is where we were guided to live, this is where we choose to live!

We have poured so much into this little community, home and land. The gardens are just now beginning to thrive. Merlyn is enjoying what he does more than ever. I love the Garden of Atema and the land here.

None of us feel that it is time to leave here.

Nothing inspires us yet to go elsewhere.

None of us have received inspiration to move on.

So what is going on here?

At one point I was "worrying" about the lack of our ability to pay for the rent. My guides said,

"And what makes you think that

not paying the mortage is a bad thing?

Consider that you may be part of

a much bigger plan unfolding."

Plant your Seeds: Message from the Council of OM

So here we are in the midst of the

great break down of the old systems.

So here we are in this

moment of uncertainty.

Marimar suggested that it was a great time to get clear and use our creative abilities. We spent some time looking into what we really want next. Placed our "cosmic orders" and now wait for some kind of inspiration.

This came in the email just now.

I will share it for

information and inspiration.

May it seed some sparks of hope and

ideas for action in you, also:

Subject: [DolphinSpiritCommunityPodners] SAVE OUR HOME RALLY IN HILO AT 11 AM FRIDAY AT STATE BUILDING – 75 AUPUNI STREET

Aloha Freedom From TRYANNY Fighters,

F.A.C.E. (Faith Action Community Equity) (more about F.A.C.E. below) has come to the BI and they are holding a FORECLOSURE RALLY starting at 11 am Friday April 15 at the State Building, 71 Aupuni Street in Hilo. (complete event and schedule below) We need a large turnout as the media will be on and this could be your opportunity to have someone hear your housing woes.

Our state legislature is hammering out a

FORECLOSURE ACT

and it's important that we all contact

our given state representative

and especially own Senator Herke who pulls a lot of weight on getting the right legislation passed. Hawaii economy is being destroyed by all the homes that in my opinion are illegally being taken back.

It's an INSIDE JOB!

If you have any doubt I suggest you rent the movie "INSIDE JOB" and learn how some $$ 20 TRILLION DOLLARS $$ was stolen from you, your friends, your county, your city, your state and your country!

Across America once thriving

towns and communities

are being turned into

"Ghost Town"

as some counties now have more

unoccupied/vacant houses

than occupied.

If you do continue to do little or nothing

the same with happen here.

(or wherever you are)

It matter not whether

you own a home now,

did own a home

or never own home

you will be impacted.

Read the attached article to see what the future is projected to hold and them make the rally and tell your friends and neighbors to join you as well. Taking off a few hours from work might insure you will have a job to go back to. NONE OF US ARE AN ISLAND UNTO OURSELVES even though we are most fortunate to live on this most beautiful island!

Saleena: I can't find the article and will track it down and post it when I do…

ABOUT F.A.C.E.

FACE has been very active pushing through FORECLOSURE legislation that both the Senate and House has passed and are not in the final phase of passage.

A key component calls for a MORATORIUM on all FORECLOSURES until all the new procedures and processes involving mediation are in place which could take as much as 7 months.

You can follow these bills by going to http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/session2011/ , click on search and type in Foreclosure. HB 1411 and SB 651 should come up.

FACE in the News! – Civil Beat

April 13th, 2011

Aloha FACE Leaders!

FACE is in the news again! This time, Kim Harman, the FACE policy director, submitted an op-ed in the online newspaper the Civil Beat. The following is a snippet from the article:

Hawaii has lost nearly

24,000 homes to foreclosure,

more than 33,000 local jobs and

200 local businesses

to bankruptcy over the

last three years.

Many economists are calling this

the Great Recession.

Many states are

calling this an opportunity

to reconsider their dependence

on the Wall Street banks

who caused much of our

current financial crisis through their

reliance on predatory and sub prime lending,

credit swaps and other

slight of hand financial moves.

So far this year, Oregon, Washington, Maine,

New Mexico, Massachusetts, and Maryland

have all introduced legislation to

create or explore the idea of a

State Partnership Bank,

which would allow their states

to retain their tax revenue in-state

and reinvest this revenue in

local job creation and economic development

instead of sending it out of state

to Wall Street banks.

Ted Wheeler, the Oregon State Treasurer has been vocal in his support for an Oregon State Partnership Bank. He would like to see his state's Partnership Bank provide student loans and farm mortgages that are not currently provided by other banks in his state.

How could a

Hawaii State Partnership Bank

serve our public needs?

1. LETTER FROM DIRECTOR OF FACE – PLANS FOR FRIDAY RALLY
Good Morning!

Here is the plan for Friday. I hope you can make it and please bring anyone else who would like to join us. The Tribune Editor is interested in a story about you guys and we will have some community supporters as well.

11am We will meet in Hilo at the flagpole on judiciary side of the Courthouse. Once we are all together, we will find a place nearby to meet each other, go over our plans, etc.

11:45am Sign waving and gather signatures on our letters to the Attorney General and Big Island legislators.

12:45 (or so, when the auction ends) We walk the AG petition over to the AG office and ask the receptionist to send it to the AG's office in Honolulu.

We are not going to do anything aggressive. No one who wants to be aggressive should attend this event.

We are going to tell our stories,

get our stories out to as

many decision-makers as possible

and show our legislators

how serious we are about

stopping unnecessary

foreclosures on Big Island.

PLEASE BRING: a sign with a message to your lender if you are in foreclosure, a 1-page letter to the AG that includes your loan number asking for an investigation if you feel you are a victim of deceptive practices or fraud from your lender or mortgage servicer.

FACE met with the Director of Legal Aid yesterday and they are willing to take on a lawsuit on behalf of a family on Big Island whose lender has clearly broken the law. We can talk about this more on Friday.

Thanks. Hope to see you Friday in Hilo.

What I AM Going to Do

Saleena: it is clear that I want to join in with the creation of a new system. This is another opportunity to take some actions in this direction. Since I am on the other side of the island and I am not inspired to drive there and wave a sign, I open to insipration as to how I can help.

So what can I do?

How can I Help?

1. I am going to refrain from wasting my time and yours by being in fear. That is part of the old plan and I am uninterested in participating anymore.

2. I can use my imagination. They tell me that I, as a HU-MAN (God's breath in a physical body) had been convinced that I AM powerless to change things as "they" have unfolded their plan to control use and destroy us and the Earth all around us. That is a lie. We were just conditioned to believe that.

We humans are some of

THE MOST POWERFUL CREATORS

IN ALL OF CREATIONS!

My imagination is the starting point

of a powerful creation.

So while they meet I am going to get into the most safe, inspired and delicious place I can access, near to my BENEVOLENT Higher Self and BENEVOLENT Source and do my own version of creating what I want.

In this way I participate and I will stay open to further inspiration as to any other actions I can take to assure I have the kind of world I want to live in now. A New Earth. A New Reality. Living respectfully, sustainably, in harmony with Mother Earth and each other and all life. Practicing renewable practices in everything we do.

3. I can read through the seeds that we planted on 9-9 Prepare to Plant your New Earth SEEDs-Ongoing for renewed inspiration.

You might consider the seeds we have already planted and plant seeds of your own.

Scroll down to Our Combined Seeds

for ideas and insiration as to what you can add.

Add yours as a comment.

4. Stay in higher states of consciousness:

Stay Strong;

Keep your Faith Alive!
